You will meet with a practitioner on my team to tell us about your journey and we can explain more how we can help.

For most cases, we will recommend to start with the Essentials program. From my experience, this program will provide 80% of the benefit you’re looking for. Depending on your circumstance, you may then wish to engage additional 1-on-1 Naturopathic consults to go deeper (blood work, additional testing, advanced supplementation, etc).
